Name: Heather Matters
Faction: Faction of Being
Sex: Female
Sex Orientation: Asexual, though has not come out as aromantic as of yet
Age: 22
Birth Date: December 9th, 1992
One filling the form: Mr. & Mrs. Matters
Short Description of personality: Very passive, not very talkative though enjoys being in the company of people. She tends to be a follower rather then a leader, and Heather is not likely to put forth her own opinion or talk about herself much, preferring to listen to someone else rather then contribute with her own thoughts. Usually she is quite friendly and can even be social to the people around her, albeit slightly withdrawn at times. However, this only is in situations Heather happens to be comfortable with, and on the other hand when exposed to stress Heather has severe anxiety attacks. Heather gets worked up very easily, becoming stressed about even the littlest of details, and often seems nervous and jittery around strangers and can remain someone awkward in social situations.
Hair color: Dark brown/Black
Hair length: About to her shoulder blades; curly/wavy
Eye color: Green
Body shape: Heather's body type is more curvy then skinny, and while most certainly not overweight to the point of obesity or anywhere near such Heather has extreme difficulties with coming to terms with her weight. Please avoid the subject/prohibit other patients from making notes about it, since she tends to not take these comments well. She is short at 5'1.
Unusual traits:
-Not much is unusual physically about Heather.
-(Though not particularly strange,) Heather is African American/Latino in descent.
-
Coming on account of: Family
Pre-Diagnosis: Doctors record her condition as a case of extreme anxiety and paranoia.
Description of problem from outside view: Highly reactive to difficult situations, tends to stress over details and doesn't handle failure well at all. Extreme fear of failure and dreads new encounters, worries over very small things.
Description of problem from the victim's view: We apologize for the lack of information on this, but when asked Heather had another meltdown and so we did not press further for details. However, her therapist noted that she often portrays very negative outlooks on what other's opinions may be of her, and sees her paranoia as a mere insecurity.
Medications: Busprione
Treatment Suggestions: If she suffers from a panic attack, either find someone Heather is close to or seclude her so that her condition is not made worse. Lots of positive reinforcement, try not to point out problems and instead rephrase them as suggestions or opinions.
Warnings: When Heather is having an anxiety attack, she has been noted to get violent if people she does not know touch her. Do not allow strangers to touch her when she is unstable.
Quirks:
-Usually is more comfortable in a room full of color rather than gray scale.
-Distinct dislike of syringes or knives; pointy objects don't bide well with Heather. Keep them out of her sight.
-Has anxiety/panic attacks when put under lots of stress. Depending on the day, she could have no panic attacks to multiple in a span of a day or two, and these panic attacks very in length. Usually, there is no way to prevent them or end them without letting these attacks run their course.
